some time ago id say quake but now I have doubts. Doest quake works against debuff immune magik?

I dont know about that specifically, but archangel's neurotoxin stun can stun a stun immune champ. I think that might be similar to how quake's concussion works, but I feel like luke cage would be the best one because if you play well, you can keep your indestructible charge until the ai uses a sp3 and you take no damage. Very helpful in uncollected and master's difficulties where sp3 is activated

as long as the sp3 doesnt stun you forever of course, or the indestructible charge is there in case of a mistake
