Problems connecting to network from the past 3 days

I have raised 5 tickets already and already uninstalled and reinstalled the game like 5 to 6 times since the last 3 days I can either play for a good 1 hour plus and then the game can’t connect and my connection is fine as I am able to open other games and browse etc
Appreciate some help as the contact center hasn’t responded to me as yet and it’s getting really frustrating as I missed out on my last AW and am heading the same again

    I have had a few connection issues everyday. They dont last long and i'm normally back on after a few minutes. I havent reported, but i realise i should, i have just accepted this. The issues dont arise in matches, just when going between different screens. E.g. going from completing a quest screen to home screen.

    I have had connection issues the last 2 weeks. It is ONLY Kabam MCOC. All other apps and games connect fine. I have had to delete and reinstall the game twice now to get it to connect. It is ridiculous. The facilitation and maintenance of this game is pretty poor.

    I am currently doing that installing and reinstalling the game to get a few hours of good game play and it’s frustrating as I can’t do it all the time it just becomes plain stupid

    Same here. Iphone 6s, every two days the game wont load. Delete and reinstall the only option. Nice one. We must do this reinstalling every other day or so? Please fix this

    Is anyone from kabam gonna do something about this perhaps send us a patch update or anything
    Not really asking for compensation just need to get in the game and play fine I am missing out on AW labs and daily questing its getting ridiculous and I repeat I have raised 4 tickets without any reply back my in game name is KisHin K

    On my iPhone 5s I haven’t been able to connect after logging in yesterday morning 3/15/18. But I can on an Android and can also login to Kabam’s Transformers. I some times get this error when going from a cell connection to wifi. Usually turning the wifi on/off works. Not this time! When logging in I even get the welcome to Game Center… so there’s a network connection!!!

    Seems to be an iPhone issue? I haven't noticed it still since the last update/patch. When I did, I would just go to Facebook for 20 seconds, peruse a moment, then go back to the app and it connected.
