Fastest way to obtain 4 star shards and 5 star shards?

Just a simple question I’m tired of being vulture and I need some more so I can dupe my champs thanks for info!

Alliance wars - pending tier 1000 plus weekly
Summoner advancement rewards - 400ish 5* shards weekly

You will have to build up your roster before you can quickly obtain 4* and 5* shards because arena, AW, Event Quests at highest levels require multiple strong 4* at least.
