I am just wondering which 3 star to max out

u should eventually max out all 3 stars (keep a handful for sandbagging) for arena grinding purposes

Assuming that you're fairly new to the game and haven't completed (or maybe even reached) Act 4, the answer is Blade.

A max 3* Blade should help you clear a lot of Act 4 content should you get there and not have decent 4* champs.

These are a few of the 3* champs that are viable to help with for Act 4 in place of good 4* champs.

And the good news is that 3* gems and sig stones are super easy to come by, so you can awaken and max sig these champs pretty quickly.

I have not reached Act 4 because I am at Act 2 😞 and I know 2 of my 4* should work
