Messaging and it's continuing problems

As leader of a clan I need to communicate with my team, how can I do this when messages don't appear? I have to come out of the game and go back in to hopefully get an answer and even this sometimes does not work.
I've constantly contacted kabam to be told I have been given a ticket and they are escalating the problem but still .... nothing, and the frustration continues..
Anybody else experiencing this severe stressful issue?
