I was in the Advanced Daily Quest going up against the final boss (Ultron) and was using Drax. I parry Ultron and while he was stunned I hit Drax's SP2. The first hit of the special connected but then Ultron evaded the second hit and all hits after that. I could understand that happening if he had evaded or blocked the first hit but it definitely connected.
