Question about gear

So awhile back there was talk about you guys adding a gear system into the game and I just wanna know, was this something Kabam had said they were messing around with and trying to implement into the game, or was it just a bunch of rumors and speculation?

They said that gears wouldn't be introduced in the game

Maybe a brake and a clutch would be nice, or a BS filtering system to slow down those superhuman sped up animations.

iirc, the dev that posted after 12.0 in forums touched on it saying they had looked at it as an option, but there wasn’t a plan to add gear at that point.
