4* awakening gem offer bug?

i have two mcoc account, but i got this offer only on one. whats happening? is this a bug?

$4.99 for a 4* generic awakening gem and it was only sent to a select group of players? Too many swear words are needed to give true opinion on this.

That's just away to good of a offer to leave it just for a couple players, it could be completely game changing for some players who might not get it, that's just the definition of bs
