Drop rate clarification on increased chance crystals

When opening one of these crystals, is the 0.85% chance to get sentinel out of the 4% to get a 4 star or out of 100%.

What I mean is it a 0.85% out of the 4% chance leaving 3.15% to get any other 4 star, or if you are within the 4% chance and get a 4 star, you have a 0.85 out of 100% chance for that 4 star to be a sentinel.

I think it means that you have an overall 4% chance to pull a 4* champ and a 0.85% chance to pull Sentinel. Your overall chance is still 4%.

Yeah, but it would still be nice if they clarifies it a bit more specifically, because one means you have really good odds and the other is pretty bad odds

how do you suggest they clarify it more specifically? I think it's clear enough to most of the community

What? It is pretty straight forward from what i am seeing in the pic above.

    --THE RARE CHANCES--
--- .85% chance to get a 4-star featured champ, which for this crystal is Sentinel or Killmonger
    --- 2% to get a 3-star featured champ

    --Normal Chances--
---- 4% to get any 4-star that is not the featured
---- 20% to get any 3-star that is not the featured

The odds are low regardless. Are you really saying that an additional 0.85% chance to get a 4* is going to radically alter your purchase habits for these crystals?

Yeah, but as I said, is that .85% out of the 4% chance, or is that .85% out of 100% of a 4 star once you get the 4% chance. That makes a big difference in the odds

Out of 100%. The %s are all straight forward percentages. .85% of 4% is even more trifling than it just being .85% in the first place.

It’s not an additional chance to get a 4*. The chance of getting a 4* is still 4%. There is just an additional champ in the pool.

Okay, so I just talked to the team to ensure I get this right. The .85% chance that you see for 4-Star Sentinel there is part of the 4% chance of getting a 4-Star Champion. Any time you open that Crystal, there will be a 4% chance overall that you will receive a 4-Star Champion (Sentinel could be one of them).

Does that clear this up? If this is not clear enough, please let me know!

I think it is pretty clear, thank you. Just to be sure then, it would be a 0.85% chance at a 4* sentinel, and 3.15% chance at all other 4* champions in the crystal.

That’s the way I read it. Of the possible 4* you have almost a 25% chance of getting sentinel and about 75% chance of getting a different 4*. I know the math is wrong but I’m not taking my time to do it.
