How to kick an inactive leader?

A leader of my brothers alliance hasn't been on for about 3 months. Anyway to kick him? Kabam?

I think you could actually file a support ticket and then they can handle this.

He tried the support ticket to no avail.. But he likes it there and trying to rebuild it. I told him to start a new alliance and have all the active guys to go with him. But he doesn't want to.

What's to actually like about the alliance? You guys got coffee and donuts or something? Unless you guys are high tier for war/AQ and getting solid SA rewards, just create a new alliance and start over.

If there's a bunch if resources in the treasury, use them to run Map 4 and up, get the rewards, wait until the end of SA, get your rewards and then start over.

I'm not with him. Just asked for him. I'm in a 10.9 mil alliance so I'm not worried.
