You have to log out completely from the game, delete the game, then reinstall the game exactly 4 times, then log in, log out one more time, reinstall 2 more times, turn airplane mode on, restart your phone twice, and then it will appear.

I saw that the deal is only being provided to certain members of the contest. It just really sucks to be one of the people left out when you would want to buy the deal. Kind like giving others an advantage that was my only issue and frustration with it.

Only a small amount of people got the offer. Of course, they bragged about it and word spread like wild fire. If you didn’t get it, you didn’t get it and whining about it here won’t change anything.
