How do we have drop rates for Lesser Ascendant Crystals, but not Ascendant Crystals?

That seems a little unfair to do one and not the other. I'm hoping it's just a glitch. I'm sure I'm not the only person who wants to know the drop rates if the ascendant crystals.

Also, it is worth noting that the Tier 4 Class Catalyst Fragment Crystals have obvious drop rates, but Tier 3 Class Catalyst Fragment Crystals do not.

It is the same with 4 Star Signature Stone Crystals, which do have drop rates, but 3 Star Signature Stone Crystals do not.

I can't help but think this is a mistake.
