Missing Android Login Issue Compensation

My account is only 30 days old, so I was playing in the New Player Bracket.
I did make the ranked reward cutoff for all 4 arenas (and my score was high enough for the Vet bracket cut-off in the Basic and Featured arena's).
Are young accounts not eligible for compensation?
