Issue with connection

Dear kabam i am living in uae. And recently i am having issues with logging in the game. My house internet, my office internet and my 4g network is fast enough to stream a video prefectly quick without buffering or halting. Other online games are working fine but mcoc says i have no internet connection. This has been happening on crucial times lile in war or aq fights. With my boost expiring up and me going crazy to get revives and potions. I am running the game on samsung s8+. Please i really need a reply for this as it is getting really annoying. And it is not every time. It is like once in a week and becomes really annoying

    Also it is not only me, i am a active person in group chats for mcoc and yes some few members in my group chats also have complains like this. But they r in india or some place in asia, to which i do believe that asian server is either getting overloaded or crashing or some issue is there. Honestly i would write all these long **** unless i got frustrated
