kabam why cant i see the awakening gem offer for 5$? its really good. but it doesnt show in my unit store

That offer was only available to certain people. I'm not sure what the requirements to getting it were tho, I'm hoping to find out cuz I didn't get the offer on my main account but I did on my second account.
