Bishop: Synergy with Psylocke?

I just got a 4* Bishop and wanted to check out his synergy so I to him in to a couple fights in modoks lab and notice that although his power Lock synergy was activating it wasn't actually power locking, probably a bug hope it gets fixed

Haha, Thanks I should have read it instead of just looking at the effect pop up saying power lock.
