Symbiote Spidey or King Groot?

Who is a better defender for AW if awakened? Are they worth ranking up for that?

If 4*, I would say neither. If 5*, I will say King Groot, as for a 5* King Groot his regen and damage output will mean something but for a 4* version, there are many better AW def candidates.
