Some masteries don"t work on robots, so they may not be ok in some scenarios, but it doesn't matter anyway. I said this because I forgot to put it in the comments...

There is no "best mastery". There are generic masteries that are just a given and should be included in any setup that you do, but the whole point of masteries are to make you change them as needed to give you advantage. Of course you don't have to do this and many don't, but that's the reason we can't obtain all of them at a single given time.
