Stopped from placing defenders in Alliance War

I would go to the Alliance War tab and try to place my defenders and the next thing I know I get disconnected from the game. It ONLY happens when I try to place my defenders. I have tried using different Wifi connections and the problem occurs again. I can collect prizes and open crystals. I can even fight in Alliance Quest, but once I try to place my defenders during the Alliance War it disconnects me. This is important because my Alliance has started an Alliance War and I've joined and selected my team, but can not place them.
