Yes that's right. Its a great opportunity for lower level players who haven't gotten experience yet. I will accept around 5 noobs into my 3 mil alliance that have at least 5 3/30 3*s or rank 2 4*s, or are level 20 or higher, are doing arena, staying active and ranking up champs.
