Missing Tech Key from 5.3.2

I am playing on an Iphone 6s+ and trying to 100% 5.3. Currently working on 5.3.2, and when on my last path after picking up the Tech Key it didn’t go to my inventory, thus preventing my from opening the last gate of my last path. I sent a ticket to Kabam support and they just told me to do another quest to get it, which isn’t a solution or fixes the problem. This is obviously some sort of bug, and their response is of absolutely no help. I basically wasted time and energy refils for nothing, please help rectify this @Kabam Miike

I haven't played Act 5 in a few months, but it seems you cant pick it up AND use it on the same quest. Need to pick it up, finish the quest, then use it on the next quest?
