Introducing player diversity

We have defender diversity in AW why not introduce player diversity where each season there will be a cap on either the total rating for an alliance or a cap on total cumulative prestige for an alliance to diversify the composition of the alliance members. Similar like you introduce salary cap for NFL or NBA.
