Blade is not in this str crystal and in phc whenever I get 4 str ot always spin 1 step forward se with the 3 str also

Blade is in the five star crystal, and the spinning animation is just an animation, it doesnt actually have any impact on what you get. The champion you get is already decided when you click the open crystal button.
