Iso is not showing and randomizer

So I’m opening a lot of premium crystals and when I open them I don’t hit convert and then go to the fighting area, I first thought it was because I didn’t hit convert iso wasn’t showing for my dupes but then I did and it’s still not showing, if I don’t hit convert do i still get my rewards
I was at the end on the boss on the modok mini quests and I randomized 3 times was content the went to pick up those dice in the stash when I returned it was the same as before the randomization
