Don’t understand why so different stats.

In my alliance we are three that has a stark enhanced spider-man. All are 4* rank 4/40. But the stats are very different and not logical depending on signature.
1. Signature level 1, stats 3657
2. Signature level 10, stats 4445
3. Signature level 31, stats 3975
How can the one with signature 10 be so freaking high?
