So who is the best champ to fight against sentinel from each class......

Skillful player is the best counter to all sentinels from all classes

Haha, but seriously, any champ with ARMOR BREAK, Ignore Armor or able to deal with ROBOTICS will be great

Champs that can ignore armor would be, say, Vision AoU
Champs that can deal with Robotics would be, say, Nebula
Champs that can armor break are plentiful

However, if you can able champs that can counter sentinel, YET have to handle AQ's bleed path or poison path, then the choices are limited:-

Quake works ok against anyone who doesn't have True Strike or passive power gain.
