Beast - Beast's buffs representation

Kabam did a great improvement on 15.1 version of the game:
- Passive Buffs and Passive Debuffs will no longer have a colored border to better distinguish them from Active Buffs and Active Debuffs.

However Beast is a champion that still have some Passive Buffs that has not been changed yet to better distinguish them from Active Buffs of the game.
