Really depends on your usage

GG will be great in AWD (Defence) on regen nodes
Yondu is great for heal block, armor break, bleed'

Iron man is good for beginners, soon you'll find Ultron much better than him
but of course Iron man is the better version of IP and WM

Vulture is one of the few that has immunity to incinerate, beside Iceman, Mephisto and Void.

From your list, I would say Yondu and GG are the better ones

p/s: I have all those TECH champs you listed as 4*, in fact I collected almost all 4* tech champs, except Hulkbuster, Vision OG, and Kang

GG has devastating S2. Has some regen, Also has a difficult S1 to dodge making a good war defender. Also can do power cotrol.

Not much reliable power control,But,I use his Sp2 for War Attack
