A question looks like this: "Hey, the shard event was supposed to start today but I don't see anything yet. Is anyone else seeing the shard event start and is there something I need to do to see it?"

You probably need to a) update your client, and b) be more polite. This is not a help desk, and a lot of people don't like reading or responding to what appears to be a random complaint.
