I made a post about the exact same thing. From responses i got I'm assuming it'll be a login bonus whenever the calendars reset for the next day. So you'll probably have to wait a couple more hours.

Just wanted to update the egg is now live as the gift and the offers are now live. Also yes you can log into an Android Device (even if you normally play on iOS) and get the Egg and the offers
