Spring egg disappeared

Hey kabam mike, I claimed my spring egg, and then it didn't show up anywhere. I have the email that shows and explains the egg, the chest is open, and I don't have the egg. So I would like the egg please :)

    Sorry to hear that your crystal seems to have gone missing. Please contact our support team by going to the gear icon in game and then clicking on "Support." From there, they will be able to investigate the issue for you.

    It didn't disappear, it just doesn't register a little red number on the crystals tab for some reason. Scroll down and you will see it.

    Offhand, the heck is a Spring Egg? I didn't get even a mail for it.
