Guys I have experienced this visual glitch or static at start of fight. I use redmi note 3. Android MM OS.

It does that to me too. This and the champion selection screen will stop while the fight loads and it will stop playing the menu music again. It's weird.

Me too, it appears in a frame at the start of the fight. I notice after the last update.
I use a Moto XT1225 with Android 6.0

Same here . Last month it was a vertical screen shift . This month it's a sudden flash . Very annoying .
