Hydro-Man Abilities, Synergies, and Specials

Morris Bench was knocked over board on a cargo ship and fell in an experimental generator. He became a human made entirely out of water. He has been on teams with the Frightful Four, and the Sinister Syndicate. He also merged with sand-man to create the Mud Thing!
Abilities: Fury- I don't know
Incinerate Immune- He is made of water (duh)
Etc.
Synergies- Rhino: Sinister Syndicate
Sand-Man (not in game. Check out his abilities I made)-The Mud Thing
Spider-Man: Enemies
Specials:
Special 1- Hydro-Man shoots out a blast of water, hitting back the opponent three times.
Special 2- Hydro-Man punches the opponent twice, morphs into a puddle, jumps out, uppercuts the opponent, and shoot a beam of water that hits the opponent once.
Special 3- Hydro-Man shoots two water beams out of his hands, pushing the opponent against the wall, hitting him 5, 6, or 7 times?
Then he jumps in the air, turns into a giant fist of water, and slams the opponent down.
This character would be cool, but his move set would be very difficult to make. This is the best I could do.

Or maybe if he gets incinerate he will just die immediately lol
Or maybe when he has coldsnap, he freezes and his punches break armour
Just bear in mind that in 99% of fights in the comics, he's beaten by being electrocuted. So I can see some vulnerability to shock in the mix there...
