Which 4* to rank up to 4/40 and use my generic Awakening gem?

Guys I need advise on which of my 4* undupped champs to awake and rank up to 4/40.
My current 4* 4/40 are:
CapW2 Sig20
DD Classic Sig 14
CB (Undupped)

Here are my 4* 3/30 options:
Magneto (yellow) Sig20
Cap (Undupped)
Quake (Undupped)
Rogue (Undupped)
Ultron (Undupped)
Electro (Undupped)
Storm (Undupped)
Iron Patriot (Undupped)
Juggs (Undupped)

    Rogue (power steal) and ultron(bleed and poison immunity) - my choices!!

    I would save the awake gem for possibly pulling a starlord. To take to 4/40 it's a toss up between rogue or ultron.

    Save awakening gem, but rank up ultron. Hes a best in AQ

    Ultron is good unduped. Old champ low prestige. Dont listen to these guys, they have no clue. You dont have good choices! Save your gem
