Kabam fixed Mystic Dispersion.....for sentinels?

This is how mystic dispersion should be, look at a mystic sentinels description. They do this, but not for the mastery. This would be a perfect solution, it’s the argument we’ve had for ages now.

We could also make mystic dispersion get affected by ability accuracy if the solution above doesn’t seem good in kabam’s eyes. I’m just saying....it’s really annoying that they notice these problems and instead of actually going for them, they try to find a way out of it.
