Champs not moving.

I play using a IPad Mini 4 using IOS 11.3 , fairly new. And during 5* arena , and multiple times I had an error where my champion would respond, i couldn't swipe back, dash or use a special. Or I'd be in mid combo, like MLL and just stop moving. Only in Arena for right now. Anyone else having this? Been happening since i updated
