Kabam did a great improvement on 15.1 version of the game:
- Passive Buffs and Passive Debuffs will no longer have a colored border to better distinguish them from Active Buffs and Active Debuffs.
However Doctor Strange is a champion that still have a Passive Buff that has not been changed yet to better distinguish it from Active Buffs of the game. This passive buff is the one he gets when he invokes the Hoggoth's Wisdom granting him power gain and life steal.
