Account was hacked

Hi guys,

One of my player account was beening hack, and he can’t access to the game. Email to kabam, and kabam reply say that need to investigate , as my player has proves that this account belong to him. My player got email receipt of proof of purchase of items .

Worst thing is that, that hacker still log in to play our AQ n AW, which he die many times in AW.

Can anyone help or rather kabam read this post??

That hacker stil log in to play AQ n AW. And that suck.. he can do this to that account , he also can do this to many other accounts... damn

Your alliance member has already done the right thing by reaching out to our support team, as they are the best equipped to help out in situations like this. They'll just need to continue following the instruction provided by our support agents.

Since you say your friend has already contacted support and since we can't discuss the details of anyone else's account with anybody else, this thread will now be closed.
