After i took the begginer shards that the game gave me i joined the event quest but then i had to turn off my phone. When i opened it again and i opened the game the shards were gone and i couldn't join the event quest. Please help because i am unable to join any of the events.

You have an hour to complete the Rift once you open it or you lose your Entrance Fee and any Rewards.
