Who to rank up

I have 5* Dov Vordoo and 5* Ghost Rider
Both are unduped, which to Rank up?
Any input guys? Thanks!

Since undupped, go with GR, since GR doesn't need to be dupped to be good.
DV on the other hand needs to be awakened and have respectable sig lvl to be awesome.
You should rank both up in long run assuming you will get them dupped eventually, but for short term when undupped, GR would be a better choice.
