9.3 MIL Alliance looking for 4 strong & active players after Season 1 rewards.

Looking for 4 solid players capable of running Map 5 and AW attack at the same time. US or UK based a must. We lost 4 strong players a few weeks ago due to retirement, and have struggled to find skilled or active enough replacements. We were comfortably at the top of Gold 1 and knocking on the door of Platinum at the time, but will end up finishing in Gold 2. We dropped our AQ cycle to focus more on war throughout season 1, so we're currently running 55532 and 55333 every other week. We bounce between Expert and Advanced each week doing this. We're looking to get back to running 5x5 though, and we definitely want to get back to Gold 1 or Platinum in Season 2. We're just a few missing pieces away from accomplishing these goals. If you want a friendly, funny, knowledgeable, very active and extremely organized alliance to grow with, look no further.
We use LINE for communication. We accept that people go on vacation and have lives outside the game. Occasionally being unavailable is fine as long as it is communicated in advance. Otherwise, consistent activity in AQ and AW is expected. Our general rule of thumb is to remove links ASAP, otherwise, movement every 2 - 3 hours is fine. You don't have to be a boss killer, we have plenty of those, but you must be able to clear your path in AQ and AW, without having to use a lot of items to do it. 250k+ rating preferred, but open to lower if you're confident with the above criteria.
No event minimums, but we do expect everyone to do their part. We don't have minimums because we never miss hitting all milestones in Duels, 3-Day Completion, or Item Use. We don't force anyone to play arena unless they want to, so we don't always hit all milestones during the arena events. I'd say we do around 50 - 60% of the time. No need to save for SA here. We consistently finish in the 21% - 40% or 6% - 20% bracket for SA rewards every week, 21% - 40% more often though.
Weekly donations are currently 66.7k Gold, 14.6k Battle Chips, and 6.25k Loyalty, but will go up assuming we move back to 5x5.
