I would take her to rank 3 but no further she is not a very good champion but I take all my 4* to rank 3 regardless

I got her as 4* too for a long time, she is @ R3/30 like all my other 80+ 4* champs, only for Arena. She can sometimes hit hard, but she doesn't have a place in AQ, AW or Quest. If you don't need anymore arena roster, then you don't need to upgrade her.
