Have you tried requesting to join our main alliance [S.H.Q], but don’t meet our recruitment expectations? Lucky for you we have a sis alliance called S.H.I.E.L.D's Training Academy [SHQTA] where we actually do what our alliance name CLAIMS! [SHQTA] helps you train to transfer up, get stronger, and learn the game mechanics to become true MCOC Player. At [SHQTA] our main goal is to train and transfer trainee graduates to our main alliance. ([S.H.Q] S.H.I.E.L.D Headquarters)
WHO ARE WE, AND WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?
• 2m alliance. We stay in between 1.5-2.5M alliance rating. Like we said, we are a graduate school.
• Alliance Network:
- [S.H.Q] S.H.I.E.L.D's Headquarters. (Our main Alliance 5 MIL+ ALLIANCE.)
- [SHQTF] (S.H.I.E.L.D's Training Facility)
• We are a well-organized, friendly, and active alliance where organization & communication are everything.
• We are more than an alliance. We are family and a well-known worldwide organization.
• Our alliance expectations are minimal compared to our main alliance, so we are very laid back.
• Most Importantly we are true Marvel based alliance who LOVES Marvel.
*GREAT FOR DAILY CASUAL PLAYERS WHO JUST ENJOY A GOOD MARVEL GAME, OR SUMMONERS WHO ARE LIMITED TO PLAYING FEW HOURS A DAY.) *
*MANY HAVE CATEGORIZED US AS A REALLY FUN & WELL STRUCTURED ORGANIZATION!*
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO STAY OR JOIN?
• All future trainee's must meet the following recruitment requirements in order to join and stay:
- Must be summoner Lv 17+ TBHR of 25k+
- Must pay an entrance fee when joining: 1000 Gold & 100 Loyalty.
- Line App is REQUIRED (In order to join any of our training facilities or transfer to [S.H.Q])
- Repeat, Line is MANDATORY!!!
- Members must have at least 11 well trained champs overall. 3*s Rank 3/30-4/40, 4*s Rank 2/20-3/30
ALLIANCE POLICY EXPECTATIONS?
• Must be active & follow given orders from admins.
• Members must have (2/3) Ratio Participation For all our Alliance Events.
• Members are expected to participate on the following MANDATORY Alliance Events:
- SA Event, 5k minimum
- Duel Skirmish (*At least 10 duels)
• Members must 100% communicate & work as a team.
• All members are expected to participate in mandatory AQs & Wars. (5 AQs a week, 3 AWs a week)
• Absences: 3+ UNEXCUSED ABSENCES = Boot. Plain and simple. *Want to join a dead Alliance? Well, keep on searching, we are not that alliance.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:
Trainee's must meet following requirements in order to be considered as a graduate:
#1 Must have line & must be familiar with using this app. This app is essential in [S.H.Q].
#2 Trainee summoner lvl must be at least lvl 48 & have a TBHR of 80k (*TBHR may be over-looked by individual skill.)
#3 Trainee must be recognized as a qualified graduate by the majority of the [SHQTA] committee.
#4 Members are expected to have at least 11 well trained 4* champs at rank 4/40-3/30
Our alliances are well for having good coordination and well planned strategies, and we are looking for people who can communicate with us efficiently as well. At the moment, we are Tier 10 for AW and as for our [A.Q's] we stick to doing map 2 and 3 [A.Q's] 5x a week, All [A.Q's] are MANDATORY! *if an assigned BG has more than 10 Members, Its FCFS. (First Come, First Serve)
