12.2m alliance looking 4 to replace retiring members

We are a 12.2m alliance running 5x5 expert tier and willingly finish this AW season in g1/t4. We have 4 members retiring that we need to replace before season 2 starts. Looking for members with 300k+ PI and. Minimum of 4700 prestige. Must be very active and communicate well. North and South American time zones only.
