Season rewards

Hi kabam i partipated in 5 season wars but I didn't get the season rewards is it a bug literally I didn't got them I'm serious why didn't I get them is it a glitch or bug

Exciting game but frustrating when you do not get the rewards.

Participated in war more than 5 times but no rewards. Got prof.

I got mine with just 5 wars joined new ally barely made 5 wars before seasons end got my rewards right after server maintenance.
