Considering he is under all the unduped I assume not, I would rank up x bones

Crossbones for sure. When you can build up his furies, you can effectively prevent evade/ tenacity/ electro passive, etc.

Crossbones is good, that Luke Cage is definitely worth taking up, and Winter soldier isn't bad ether.
