DUEL TARGET

When user click on player(which is not in friend list)profile ,3 option comes Duel, View profile and block.
But in one user Whose name is " Sudhir ", there is no duel option is visible and when user click on View profile button,
On profile page Duel is visible and one more thing there is no player for duel and when user do duel there is no fight.
But duel credit is intact.
