    Has nothing to do with an open mind, and everything to do with the pissing match going on between Marvel and 20th Century Fox over their movie rights. There is no longer a Fantastic Four comic book because of this. It is why you do not see them, Doom, or Silver Surfer in the game.

    Fantastic Four are property of Fox now, apparently. It's a licensing issue.

    Fantastic Four are not property of FOX, they just own the movie rights, Marvel still hold the rights in all other media which includes this game so theres no reason why its not possible for the Fantastic Four to be added. I think this all comes down to Ike Perlmutter not wanting the Fantastic Four advertised in any way to try and devalue the Fantastic Four as a brand

    I disagree. It comes down to Kabam not wanting to upset Marvel who they purchase this license for the game from. Marvel no longer produces the Fantastic Four comic books as a way to not draw extra publicity to a title that they do not own the movie rights to. If Kabam were to include them in the game then it would indirectly advertise Fantastic Four for Fox when they go to make the next movie, which is hopefully never.
