AQ changes ruining ally

Thanks for the well thought through update. The rewards from map4 crystals were minimal as it is. Now the fact sentinels replaced symbioid and have 3 bars is terrible. Do something to trade off, change crystal payouts, 30 minute timers or something. Now few ally members leaving and others will follow.
