Looking for active, but relaxed Alliance

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
I have a few 4* champs and played quite a bit, but took a long break. Im looking to get back into the game, but would like to join an Alliance that makes an effort with Alliance events and does AW and AQ. I am GMT based and have work/ family commitments, hence why I am looking for a relaxed attitude, but I will put the effort in :)
